Whizz-Kidz

Whizz-Kidz provide customised wheelchairs, tricycles and other specialised mobility equipment, wheelchair training, information and advice to disabled children across the UK.

Runs a network of local clubs where disabled children and young people can meet and make friends. Fun activities are provided to develop wheelchair skills and road safety awareness. Groups provide a focus for forming campaign groups and meeting MPs, contacting the press, and designing campaign badges and posters.

Also runs a work placement programme and confidence building life skills events.

Whizz-Kidz also works to raise awareness of the need of disabled children so that they get the support they deserve from the general public and from the Government.
