No Second Night Out
No Second Night Out (NSNO) focuses on helping those who find themselves rough sleeping on the streets of London for the first time. They will ensure there is a rapid response to new rough sleepers, and will provide an offer that means they do not have to sleep out for a second night.
It is important that new rough sleepers are identified and contacted immediately and that they are provided with assistance at the earliest opportunity. To support this there is a telephone helpline (0300 500 0914) and a website, http://www.streetlink.org.uk. New rough sleepers can contact these sources for help and members of the public can report and make referrals about people who they are concerned may be sleeping rough.
Intelligence and referrals received will be passed on to outreach teams immediately so that they can be investigated and assessed.
