The Media Trust charity works with the media industry to empower charities and communities to have a voice and be heard.

  • Free resources - free, practical marketing and communications resources to add impact to an organisation's marketing tools.
  • Free professional advice - help from an adviser by registering on the website.

Trust volunteers and mentors provide marketing and communications support on almost anything. Help includes looking over a press release to mentoring young people on media projects.

The Trust makes affordable, high quality films for charities, not-for-profits, foundations and corporate social responsibility teams; producing videos for the web and filming at events and awards ceremonies.

Its free-to-use Community Newswire service helps charities, communities and citizen journalists get their stories into the national and regional media.
