London Voluntary Service Council (LVSC)

LVSC brings together London's voluntary and community sector organisations to learn and share best practice and to create a co-ordinated voice to influence policy makers on issues affecting Londoners.

LVSC aims to be a central resource for knowledge and policy for the London voluntary and community sector, to act as a collaborative leader for London's voluntary and community sector and to enable the voluntary and community sector to best deliver for Londoners.

Provides advice and support, conducts research and policy design, campaigns and advocates, offers training, events and networking.

LVSC offers training courses in partnership with Happy. The programme is designed to provide high quality training at low prices. The aim is to keep it affordable, especially to help small voluntary sector organisations.

Their 'On the Radar' database contains in-depth information about voluntary and community sector organisations that deliver public health services in London.
