London Natural History Society

The London Natural History Society is a membership society with shared interest in the natural world. Its study area is a circle 20 miles in radius from St Pauls.

The society is friendly and informal. You don't have to be an expert attend its events, prior knowledge of the subject is not required. Members share their knowledge and expertise at indoor and field meetings.

Indoor meetings take place in the evenings, mainly in central London. They usually involve presentations about a particular group of plants, animals or birds or about particular wildlife site or area.

Field meetings take place every weekend and occasionally mid-week. Also organises longer distance coach trips to well-known nature reserves and bird watching sites further afield in the South and East of England.
