Learning Disability Network (Westminster Society)

LDN Living is a Learning Disability Network for London provided by The Westminster Society for people with learning disabilities providing information, support and social opportunities. LDN Living provides a range of group sessions (LDN Connect), drop-in activities (LDN Drop-in), and one-to-one support for adults and young people with learning disabilities (LDN 4 U).

LDN Connect offers a range of group opportunities for young people aged between 14 and 18 and adults with a learning disability over the age of 18. LDN Connect aims to be provide people with learning disabilities with the time and space to develop their interests, skills and social friendships, enabling people to interact and learn from one another. LDN Connect activities include:

  • dining
  • personal grooming
  • music
  • football
  • photography

The sessions are delivered from the Westminster Society's Croxley Road and Harrow Road sites, community venues and by using mainstream spaces such as sports, arts and cultural centres.

You will need to become a member of LDN to take advantage of its services. Membership is free. Parents/carers can self refer or someone can do it on their behalf, with their consent.

LDN Living supports people living in all London boroughs.
