The Great Hall is multi-purpose, providing seating for 740 theatre-style or 415 sq. metres of exhibition space. Retractable seating provides a variety of flat floor and tiered seating options for conferences. Combined with the Queen's Tower Rooms the Great Hall makes an ideal large conference venue. With the option to dress it up, this venue also makes a great space for larger productions and dances.

The Queen's Rooms can accommodate up to 500 for a standing reception or 350 for a sit down meal. With the option of separating the space into three rooms, the space can be hired accordingly or as a single space for exhibitions, banquets, wedding receptions and more.

The Seminar and Learning Centre of Imperial College is located on the 5th floor of the Sherfield Building. It has nine well appointed, comfortable and furnished meeting rooms available all year round. Audio visual equipment and technical support is available in these conference rooms for your event. Also offers a hospitality service in each room, where catering can be delivered directly.

As the largest of the three rooms on 170's ground floor, the Council Room is ideal for meetings, dinners, receptions and weddings.

Lecture theatre with great acoustics and audio-visual equipment. Suitable for larger meetings or conferences when coupled with the seminar rooms breakout space.

For larger conferences, the Skempton Building works really well with the Sir Alexander Fleming Building opposite with additional lecture theatres, seminar rooms and foyer space.
