HELP addresses the need for mental health services in the local community, a need the NHS cannot fully meet.

HELP provides holistic, skilled, 1-1 counselling, offering 165 low-cost counselling sessions per week to its London community.

HELP scales its fees according to client income, based on a sliding scale of £1 per £1000 of annual income. The amount that you pay per session will be agreed when you phone for an appointment.
